Shipping Policy

1. Shipping time

Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days of purchase. Working days do not include Fridays, Saturdays or official holidays. Once the courier picks up your package, you will receive an SMS from them.

2. Delivery fees

The delivery fee for your address is shown at checkout before you place your order.

3. Please keep your phone available

The courier will call the phone number you gave at checkout. If they cannot reach you after several attempts, your order may be returned to us and cancelled.

4. Trying on at the door

You can try your order on when the courier arrives. If you do not want it, you can refuse it and pay only the delivery fee.

5. Receiving the package

At the door, the package is handed over in full: you either accept the whole package or refuse the whole package. Partial handover at the door is not possible. After you have received your order, you can still return individual items under our Refund policy.

6. Changing or cancelling an order

You can ask to change or cancel your order within 7 working days of placing it by emailing us. If your order has already been handed to the courier, you can refuse it at the door (paying only the delivery fee) or return it under our Refund policy.
